101 Academy 2024 - manager role
We are looking for new staff to join the 101Family and deliver at the summer 2024 Academy across the country. The main aim of the role is to assist in the running of the sessions over the 10 weeks. You can find out more about the academies by clicking the link here.
Each Academy centre will look to include the following staff (number of staff is dependant on the number of players that sign up):
1x Head coach
3x coaches
1x development Coach
1x GK coach
1x Manager
We are looking for motivated and inspirational coaches to work with players who are striving to be the best they can be. The manager role is one for those that want to help ensure the academies are run to the highest standards from an administrative point of view. The role can also be for coaches who maybe want some more experience of different environments and want to learn from the senior coaches at the sessions.
Job description:
Support in the running of the sessions
Taking the registers & any additional administrative tasks during the session
Responsible for any first aid required during the session
Help create content for social media (an just be recording the video/ taking photos to send to us)
Help in recording video for video feedback
liaise with administration manager re any kit requirements
Attend all 10 sessions during the summer + academy day
Help in promoting the academies in the build up to ensure high levels of enrolment
Provide feedback to Mike regarding the running of the sessions
Be an ambassador for Sport101 and represent in a positive, professional manner
Requirements:
Safeguarding certificate
First aid certificate
Be proactive and organised
Be able to work as part of a team
Be able to build relationships with parents before, during and after the sessions
Have a positive mindset
Have a desire to learn and grow as a coach/ staff member

Rate: £35 per session + £100 for the academy day
Days: Various across the year (see calendars below for full programme)
